A Sprung moto shock service consists of:
No payment is taken on booking! We will send an invoice and take payment once your job is complete!
Once booked, please send your items in. You will only recieve a booking confirmation email when your items arrive in the workshop.
If not known, just say ‘unknown’
Our system allows us to give you a day in which your suspension work will be started at the time of booking. If you send your fork or shock into us, when your parts arrive you’ll receive a confirmation that they are with us. We can usually complete the service work on the day of the booking, however we usually say to allow 3-5 working days for turnaround.
Bikes and/or components need to be with us by 5pm the day before your service booking unless previously arranged with us. Failure to do so will forfeit your time slot and will result in your item being worked on in the next available time slot.

All jobs are invoiced once complete. The price shown is the service price, which includes all service parts and labour. If we need to use extra parts to complete your job, we\'ll give you a call so there are no surprises.
Your booking will show \'awaiting confirmation\' until your suspension arrives with us. Rest assured that your diary time is reserved as soon as you complete the booking.
